It’s not often I give a review for a car-parts shop but today I had the most efficient and satisfactory experience. From the 2 car guards outside who ensure you get in and out of your parking bay safely, to the employee who gives you your purchased parts within shop, I was totally impressed. I dealt with Ray over the phone before I came to shop (he was kindly corrected me on the right voltage regulator I needed for my car) and then I dealt with him again in-person. He was willing to go the extra mile, whether it meant testing my old voltage regulator with their state of the art testing machine or giving me a discount on the new voltage regulator. Thank you CAELEX for setting the example in this space of businesses.

Went to repair an alternator for a UD 90 truck ,he gave me two options for repairing and buying a new alternator for comparison. I opted for a new one as the price was the same .
Friendly gentleman, even the security guards are very friendly and helpful. The best place to go to for your auto electrical needs . I had gone to many places and being told that they cannot fix brushless alternators.
